グアテマラ国境にほど近いチアパス州にある、レインフォレスト認証をうけたクステペ ック農園。1911年にDon Juan Pohlenz Dieckmannと家族で設立された農場は、 当初から自然の生息を保護しながら持続可能な珈琲を栽培することに重点をおいて いました。 ここで栽培されたこのコーヒー豆は、Qグレード認証にて83点を獲得していることから 高品質なスペシャリティコーヒーとなります。

Certified farmers are granted this award on the condition that they stop felling trees, protect forests, grow coffee cherries that are suitable for the climate. Also to provide fair working conditions and make them sustainable and renewable. The rainforest-certified Custepec farm is located in Chiapas, near the Guatemalan border. Founded in 1911 by Don Juan Pohlenz Dieckmann and his family. The farm’s focus from the beginning was on growing sustainable coffee while preserving natural habitat.

The coffee beans grown here have achieved a Q grade certification of 83 points, making them high-quality specialty coffee.
